Shortcut salad for when the grill is already running. The CAVA tahini dressing is unembarrassed grocery-store cheating and it works.

Ingredients

  • 2 romaine heads, sliced lengthwise
  • olive oil, for frying
  • lemon herb tahini dressing, CAVA brand from Whole Foods
  • Italian bread crumbs

Make it

  1. Drizzle olive oil onto the romaine lettuce and place cut side down on the grill for about 5 minutes.

  2. Remove the romaine from heat and plate.

  3. Top with lemon herb tahini dressing and lightly toasted Italian bread crumbs.
