Ingredients
- 2 romaine heads, sliced lengthwise
- olive oil, for frying
- lemon herb tahini dressing, CAVA brand from Whole Foods
- Italian bread crumbs
Make it

Drizzle olive oil onto the romaine lettuce and place cut side down on the grill for about 5 minutes.

Remove the romaine from heat and plate.

Top with lemon herb tahini dressing and lightly toasted Italian bread crumbs.
