Dumpling Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Lao Gan Ma, spicy chili crisp
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Make it

If you’re feeling fancy or have time, heat some oil and cook the garlic for 30s.

Dissolve the sugar in the hot water.

Stir everything together and mix well.

Dip your dumplings in it and moan at the deliciousness.
