Grilled Halloumi

Ingredients
- 1 package halloumi cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- honey or pomegranate molasses, for drizzling
- parsley, for garnish
Make it

Heat the grill to medium-high heat.

Slice the halloumi lengthwise into ¼ in slices.

Grill for 2–3 minutes on each side.

In a pan, lightly coat pine nuts with olive oil and toss until golden brown.

Plate halloumi with pine nuts sprinkled on top, drizzle with honey or pomegranate molasses, and garnish with parsley.
