Ingredients
- steamed spinach
- sliced garlic
- bean sprouts
- kimchi
- spicy pickled cucumber
- pink radishes
- gochujang
- sesame oil
- sesame seeds
- rice wine vinegar
- gochugaru
Make it

Start with blanching the spinach for a few minutes in boiling water. When plating, top with sliced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.

Thinly slice the pink radishes and plate. These don’t need a sauce or seasoning — it’s a palate cleanser.

For the bean sprouts, lightly pan-fry them with sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Make the cucumber with about 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, gochugaru, and 1 tbsp of gochujang.

Plate some jarred kimchi into a separate dish.
