- bone-in beef short rib, galbi or kalbi
- sliced skinless pork belly
- shaved brisket
- shrimp
- gochujang
- sesame oil
- Maldon salt
- pepper
Make it
Cook times
- Galbi: ~4 mins each side
- Pork belly: ~4 mins each side
- Shaved brisket: ~2 mins each side
- Shrimp: ~3 mins each side
Method

Season all the meat and fish with salt and pepper.

Heat your grill on medium-high.

Grill each cut according to the cook times above.

In a set of three ramekins, prepare:
- Ramekin 1: Sesame oil
- Ramekin 2: Maldon salt and pepper mix
- Ramekin 3: Gochujang
