Salt, pepper, three ramekins of dipping situations. The good cuts don't need more than that.

Ingredients

  • bone-in beef short rib, galbi or kalbi
  • sliced skinless pork belly
  • shaved brisket
  • shrimp
  • gochujang
  • sesame oil
  • Maldon salt
  • pepper

Make it

Cook times

  • Galbi: ~4 mins each side
  • Pork belly: ~4 mins each side
  • Shaved brisket: ~2 mins each side
  • Shrimp: ~3 mins each side

Method

  1. Season all the meat and fish with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat your grill on medium-high.

  3. Grill each cut according to the cook times above.

  4. In a set of three ramekins, prepare:

    • Ramekin 1: Sesame oil
    • Ramekin 2: Maldon salt and pepper mix
    • Ramekin 3: Gochujang
