Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kewpie mayo
- 1 tbsp Dijon
- 2 tsp Louisiana's Pure Crystal hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- cayenne, pinch
- chives, for sprinkling, optional
